Flair Entertainments – also known as Flair Theatrical Agency – has booked entertainment since 1984 from our base in Liversedge, West Yorkshire. Our director is Rachel Hainsworth Brown FEAA. We cover events nationwide, and our acts are based all over the country. Here's how we work with the acts you see on our site.
Three ways we work with acts
Exclusively managed acts
Some acts are managed exclusively by us. We look after their bookings and diaries and know their shows inside out.
Freelance acts
Many entertainers work freelance and take bookings from several sources. We book them regularly and know their work well.
Partner agency acts
We also list acts from reputable partner agencies. This widens the choice for you, especially for specialist tributes and acts based further away.
For you, the booking process is the same whichever way an act works with us.
No hidden booking fees
The price we quote is the price you pay. There are no additional agency booking fees or unexpected charges. We usually ask for a deposit to secure the date, and everything is confirmed in writing.
What we do for you
- Suggest acts that suit your guests, venue and budget
- Check availability for your date
- Coordinate details such as times, power and space with the act and your venue
- Act as a single point of contact
Acts based nationwide
Because our acts are based all over the country, we can often suggest someone who doesn't have far to travel to your venue.
